By accessing or using any Gravon platform, product, or service — including the Gravon App, Gravon Academy, Gravon Community, or this website — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Gravon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance.
2. Eligibility
Gravon services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Pakistan. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Gravon platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Gravon immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Gravon cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4. Educational Purpose Disclaimer
All content, analysis, recommendations, and information provided through Gravon's products and services — including the App, Academy curriculum, Community discussions, and Insights content — is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Gravon platform constitutes guaranteed investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security, or a promise of investment returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investment decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.
5. Risk Disclosure
Investing in securities involves substantial risk of loss. Stock prices can and do decline, and investors can lose some or all of their investment. 6. Course Terms
Enrollment in Gravon Academy courses is subject to payment of applicable fees. Course fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase. Gravon reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any course offering, and will provide reasonable notice to enrolled participants in such circumstances.
7. Community Guidelines
Your participation in Gravon Community is subject to our Community Guidelines, which include prohibitions on spam, misinformation, promotional content, and disrespectful conduct. Gravon reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to terminate the access of any user who engages in prohibited conduct, without notice or liability.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, course content, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property available through the Gravon platform are the exclusive property of Gravon or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or exploit any such content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Gravon.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gravon and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if Gravon has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gravon and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
11. Third-Party Services
The Gravon platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, or applications. Gravon is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.
12. Termination
Gravon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of its services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
