Refund &Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for and you keep access until then. You won’t be charged again. We don’t refund part-used periods.

Gravon Academy

Cancel before you attend your first live session and we’ll refund your entire fee in full, less any payment gateway or bank charges. Once you’ve attended the first session, the fee is non-refundable. If we cancel or discontinue a cohort after it has started, we’ll refund your fee in full and cover the transaction charges ourselves.

Community registration fee

The one-time registration fee is non-refundable. If you cancel your monthly membership and rejoin later, the registration fee will not be charged again.

When we do refund

• Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorised charges
• Anything we’ve charged for but not delivered — pro-rata for the undelivered part
• Anything the law requires us to refund

We may also make a refund at our discretion in other cases. Doing so once doesn’t commit us to doing it again.

How to request a refund

Email hello@gravon.io from your registered address, with the payment date and amount. We’ll confirm within 2-3 business days and process approved refunds within 10-15 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it.
